Wellness Empowered offers a unique digital health platform that enables individuals to integrate biometric data, set goals, track their mood, journal, and more. Our software also learns patterns and offers predictive prompts to check in with users who may be experiencing a crisis.

Best of all – we offer on-demand, full day peer support at no additional cost for anyone using our platform (including during the free trial period). Individuals can invite their therapist or clinician, if they have one, to use the app and better inform counseling sessions and treatment goals. Therapists have access to a dedicated provider app free of charge.
Everyone. While we designed our platform with a focus on individuals managing and healing from significant PTSD, depression, anxiety, elevated suicide risk, and addiction – especially veterans, first responders, healthcare workers, and people in recovery – the app is designed to benefit anyone seeking to enhance their overall mental wellness. Science-backed features like our app’s journaling, gratitude, and affirmation practices are shown to improve mood while reducing anxiety and depression.
Our app is currently compatible with Apple Watch, Garmin, Galaxy Watch, Fitbit, and Oura Ring.
We currently offer unlimited, on-demand peer support 12 hours every weekday (Monday – Friday):

  • 8am – 8pm CT
  • 7am – 7pm MT
  • 6am – 6pm PT
Peer support is a proven form of assistance that offers numerous wellness benefits for individuals – either as a complement to traditional therapy or on its own. Peer support specialists bring their own lived experience with mental health challenges and/or addiction; and are trained to listen and offer practical guidance and support to individuals who want to connect with someone. Our peer support specialists are certified based on state-level requirements where they live, and our training requirements meet or exceed those for individuals who volunteer or work at the National Suicide Prevention Hotline (988).

Peer support specialists bring their lived experience navigating mental health challenges and/or addiction, and are trained to listen and offer empathy, perspective, and encouragement. They can also help direct individuals in need to additional resources. While traditional talk therapy may continue for multiple sessions, months, or even years, a peer support chat (by text or phone) may only last a couple of minutes.

Peer support is a complement to, not a substitute for, traditional therapy.

One in five adults experiences a mental wellness challenge in the U.S. every year. The truth is, we all need help from time to time. There is an acute shortage of therapists and mental health care workers in the U.S. Many who would benefit simply can’t afford therapy. Peer support specialists help fill a vital missing link and offer an affordable way to get help for individuals who otherwise might go without it.
No single app, platform, or intervention can necessarily prevent suicide, including ours. Wellness Empowered is designed to help predict and proactively identify indicators that someone may be in or headed toward a mental health crisis: for example, disruptions or variations from established baselines in sleep. Our vision is to create a world where real-time insights empower healing, strengthen human connection, and make personal wellness accessible to all.
Yes. Any employer interested in offering wellness benefits to their employees or are unsatisfied with traditional Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) can pilot the app for free with no obligation.

Some of our earliest enterprise partners include police departments, healthcare systems, nonprofits, and substance use treatment networks.

Wellness Empowered offers a dedicated app for providers free of charge. Individuals using the app can invite their therapist to track their progress, transforming conventional therapy into data-informed therapy. Providers can also share the app with their clients and encourage them to try it out.

Currently, individual users or employers pay for monthly or annual subscriptions to Wellness Empowered, not therapists.

We don’t currently offer referral services but are actively establishing partnerships with a range of provider networks so we can do this in the future.

Our engineers have created a series of algorithms, including some assisted by AI machine learning, to learn and analyze patterns to add to our platform’s predictive safety features. However, Wellness Empowered uses AI as a tool – not as a replacement for clinicians, peer support specialists, or human connection.
Everyone can try our app for 30 days free of charge. We offer recurring monthly and annual plans for individuals. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid the next recurring charge. We don’t offer refunds between billing cycles.
